Sonic Summary

Position: Steel Erector, Squad, Working Supervisor
Salary: Steel erectors - £25 per hour + Overtime (Dependant on experience), Working supervisor - £28 per hour + Overtime (Dependant on experience)
Experience Required: Must be experienced with MEWPs, slinging and catching steel, skilled for Hot works, IPAF & CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS
Work Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday, site open until 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, Saturday morning for overtime
Location: Oxford (Former Osney Power Station site), Work guaranteed until end of June/start of July

Steel Erector

Global Recruitment have an immediate start opportunity for single Steel erectors, Squads & a Working Supervisor (SSSTS / SMSTS)

Rate of pay -

Steel erectors - £25 per hour + Overtime (Dependant on experience)

Working supervisor - £28 per hour + Overtime (Dependant on experience)

The hours of work are from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

The site is open until 6.00pm so that is available Monday to Thursday.

Saturday morning is also an option (depending upon progress) for overtime and the site is open 8.00am to 1.00pm

Please note the main base for this position is Oxford (Former Osney Power Station site)

Work guaranteed until end of June / start of July – Possibility of more work for the right people

Daily duties / Mandatory requirements –

·Must be experienced to deal with the restrictions, manoeuvring MEWPs, slinging and catching steel

·Skilled for Hot works also if possible , there is some existing façade removal to carry out and this may include burning and or cutting

·IPAF & CSCS , SSSTS or SMSTS
