Acquisitions Surveyor (Qualified) £70,000 + Bonus + CarOur London based Property Investment firm seeks an in-house Acquisitions Surveyor to be an integral part of a growing business.
This role would suit a focused and highly motivated individual with a good track record in property sales and acquisitions.
Key duties of the Acquisitions Surveyor will include the following: -
- Identification and acquisition of off and on-market opportunities
- Undertaking research
- Conducting site appraisals
- Due diligence to secure acquisitions through to legal completion
- Assessing value of property assets
Full UK driving licence essential - car provided.
