- Creating and working to a developed sales plan which will include the management of leads, sales meetings and the preparation of detailed financial proposals
- Proactively seeking out opportunities with new and existing customers for new business including both product and service lines
- Participating in key initiatives for growth including the acquisition and retention of customers and communication of value propositions
- Being responsible for reporting on KPIs and forecasting for bookings, revenue, conversion rates and future pipeline
- Initiate and maintain key relationships with clientele to facilitate business opportunities and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Establishing positive working relationships with internal local and national teams in the business to best deliver a positive customer experience
