Sonic Summary

Our client, a global SaaS company, is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Sales Operations team in London on a 12-month hybrid contract.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of analysis experience, preferably in Sales Operations, along with 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, Excel, and SQL.
Experience with Tableau and Qlikview is advantageous, and strong presentation and communication skills are essential for the role.
The Data Analyst will provide insight reporting to sales managers, enhance operational efficiency, and support sales agents with troubleshooting.

Our client is a global SaaS type company who are now seeking a Data Analyst to support their Sales Operations team based at their impressive UK headquarters in central London. This is an 12 month contract, hybrid with 2-3 days in the office a week.

Experience

3+ years analysis experience preferably in Sales Operations.
Experience developing and implementing strategic data insights.
2 + or more years experience with Salesforce , Excel , SQL
Tableau, and Qlikview would prove very useful.
Strong presentation and communications skills

Duties: -

Provides insight reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to sales managers to drive channel performance.
Reports on current processes and proactively looks for ways to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
Troubleshooting support for team of sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect and other software tools.
Create new data insights through handling/joining/cleaning multiple sources of data to provide recommendations.
