We're seeking a highly experienced MIM Program Manager to lead and shape the Major Incidents Management (MIM) program within a dynamic integration ecosystem. This is a pivotal role for someone who understands the intricacies of integration technologies and possesses a proven ability to minimize disruptions in high-stakes environments.
In this leadership position, you will be instrumental in establishing frameworks, processes, and best practices for proactively managing and resolving major integration incidents. Your oversight will extend to the design, implementation, and maintenance of integration solutions leveraging key technologies such as WebMethods, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Data Services (DS), and Centralized Integration Data Services (CIDS).
As the escalation point for major incidents, you will coordinate rapid response efforts, lead thorough root cause analysis, and implement post-incident reviews to prevent future occurrences. Your strategic thinking will be key in developing and executing a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with organizational goals, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will partner with IT, development, and business teams to align MIM objectives with broader enterprise needs, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Your proactive approach will involve identifying potential risks within integration ecosystems and implementing preventive measures to minimize downtime.
You will define and monitor key performance indicators to track integration health, incident response times, and overall program effectiveness, providing valuable insights to senior leadership. Leading and mentoring a team of integration specialists and incident managers, you will champion technical excellence and professional growth.
Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with technology vendors to ensure optimal support and resolution of platform-related incidents, as well as ensuring comprehensive documentation and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
If you have a minimum of 10+ years in IT integration management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing major incident management or similar programs, and possess proven exposure to WebMethods, SAP Integration Suite, SAP DS, and CIDS, we encourage you to apply.
