We have a role working for one of the largest FM companies in the UK working as a Fabric Engineercovering a newly refurbished landmark building in the Fulham area. In this role, you will join a team of engineers looking after an outstanding site in the Fulham area. You will be expected to carry out general building maintenance and compliance tasks across these sites.

- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Electrics
- Basic Carpentry
- Lamp changing
- Take Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- PPM's
- Reactive maintenance
- Assist other engineers onsite as required
- Painting & Decorating
- Tiling
