Airline reservations agent

Airline Reservations agent - Required for this expanding airline based in the city. They are looking for an experience airline reservations agent with Amadeus knowledge who speaks Mandarin or Cantonese, office based 5 days per week Monday to Friday. Salary around £29,000 plus benefitsAirline reservations agents duties-Taking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partners-Generating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMD's (auto & manual fare-build)-Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets, whilst adhering to strict airline and company reporting guidelines-Daily & monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation-Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face-Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets etc. both over the phone and face-to-face-Group bookings and tour operator allocations, including issuing of contractual terms & conditions in conformance to individual airline protocols-Liaising with Airlines' local management and head officeAirline reservations agents skills required-Minimum two years' experience in an airline reservations and ticketing role-Strong Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in Amadeus-Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook-Ability to work under pressure-Excellent telephone manner-Ability to work as part of a team-Fluent in Mandarin or CantoneseAdditional information -Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm-Benefits include 21 days holiday rising to 25 days with service, pension, life insurance, health and dental insurance, performance related bonusIf you are interested in the above role please apply online or send your cv to quoting DT58844
