Specialising in group travel, collaborating with prestigious organisations to create bespoke travel experiences tailored to their members' interests focusing on UK and European destinations!
The Role:
Joining the Accounts Department, the Financial Manager will assume responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will collaborate closely with our Accounts team to ensure smooth financial management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Utilising the bespoke Excel Cashflow program and Invoicing software to set up tours.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable for tour suppliers and clients.
- Monitoring outstanding tour balances and facilitating timely payments.
- Overseeing accounts payable for overhead suppliers.
- Managing monthly insurance returns and bank accounts.
- Facilitating the purchase of required currencies, particularly Euros.
- Liaising with the Managing Director, external bookkeeper, and company accountants as necessary.
Location: Office-based at the headquarters in London, SE1
Must have:
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in engaging with Group Tour Organisers and clients.
- Flexibility and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with the team.
