Shirley Parsons have exclusively partnered with a global Facilities Management provider who are seeking a Health and Safety Coordinator to be embedded with a key client. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody early on in their Health and Safety career, who is looking to gain exposure to the Facilities Management/ Corporate environment. You will support office-based staff as well as facilities management activities and provide both hands on and administrative support. This is a site based position in Central London.
The Health and Safety Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Day to day administration for Health and Safety across the organisation
- Developing and delivering a range of training, including site inductions
- Conducting walkarounds, site inspections and risk assessments
- Assisting with incident/ accident investigations and follow up reports
The Health and Safety Coordinator will:
- Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have a commitment to continued professional development
- Be able to work in a fast paced corporate environment
