Part-Time Business Travel Consultant

A great opportunity for a weekend Business Travel Consultant to join an Award winning Travel Management Company, celebrating over 30 years of bespoke travel.  Part of a dynamic, fun and forward thinking team that support each other.  As a Business Travel Consultant, you will process travel requests from designated corporate clients.  Offering REMOTE working, the hours are between 08:30 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 17:30 with an opportunity to increase your hours to Monday to Friday. The Business Travel Consultant will need to be passionate about travel and have business/corporate travel management experience (TMC - Travel Management Company), with the hunger and drive to offer the best travel options to clients to enable them to make an informed decision, meeting SLA’s.  Building confidence in clients to ensure they are delighted with the offerings, to ensure repeat business. The ability to build lasting relationships, with client satisfaction and client retention every step of the way. For this Business Travel Consultant position you will have a solid background within Business/Corporate Travel, a good eye for detail, with a good command of the English language, both written and verbal.  Work well under pressure, proactive, thriving to meet deadlines.  You will be computer literate, with the ability to navigate new systems at ease (they use Sabre but can cross train from another GDS).   About 7-10 people in the department.  Looking for someone with drive, who's savvy, a bit hungry, just goes that extra mile, gets the best markup and the best deal for the client.
