**Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Operative/Tractor Driver**
**Location:** Camden, London
**Base Pay:** 15.50 per hour
**Holiday Pay:** Additional 1.86 per hour
**Total Pay:** 17.36 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
**Contract Type:** Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading grounds maintenance contractor in Camden, London. Our client is dedicated to providing top-notch landscaping and maintenance services to various clients in the area.
**Job Description:**
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Grounds Maintenance Operative/Tractor Driver to join our client's team on a temporary to permanent basis. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining outdoor spaces to the highest standards.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operating and maintaining grounds maintenance equipment, including tractors, mowers, and hand tools.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and weeding.
- Ensuring outdoor spaces are clean, tidy, and safe for public use.
- Assisting with landscaping projects, such as planting and turfing.
- Following health and safety regulations at all times.
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients.
**Requirements:**
- Valid driving license with a clean record.
- Lantra or equivalent qualification in tractor driving and grounds maintenance.
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance and equipment operation.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
