  • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance across the company portfolio of coffee machines and vending machines
  • Previous experience on high profile brands (Coffetek, Evoca, Crane, Cimbali, etc.)
  • Carry out fault finding for reactive repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers
  • Complete all necessary job sheets and liaising closely with the service desk
  • Maintaining van stock and general vehicle maintenance as required

Required experience of the Field Service Engineer:

  • Minimum 1 years engineering experience on coffee or vending machines
  • Proficient fault-finding skills, including the use of a multi-meter.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A full, clean UK driver's license
