Day to Day of the role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across various levels of further education in healthcare, science and biology programs.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate improvement and success.
- Contribute to the development and design of the curriculum, ensuring it meets industry standards and prepares students for professional success.
- Offer tutorial support, pastoral care, and assist students with academic and career-related queries.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, including course-related documentation and student records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in healthcare, science, or biology.
- Proven teaching experience in further education or a similar educational setting.
- A strong commitment to student success and creating a supportive learning environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a diverse cohort of learners.
- A proactive approach to program leadership and curriculum development.
- A Nursing background is desirable.
