We are seeking to hire Breakfast Waiter/ess to join our team in the City of London for our new restaurant, The Cardinal. Reporting to the General Manager - Restaurant, the ideal candidate will will deliver a courteous and friendly service to our guests in line with the standard operating procedures of the Restaurant.

This is a full-time position and is based on-site at the hotel.

About you
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress
- Excellent level of English
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Able to work as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Preferably with experience as barista
- Shift starts as early as 6 a.m.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Commis Waiter / Waitress
