We are on the hunt for a passionate, creative Food & Beverage Service Manager to join the pre-opening team for a new all-day and late-night venue concept arriving in London in June.
Featuring multiple, unique food and drink concepts, co-working spaces, well-being classes, art installations and a dynamic cultural programme, this huge multi-level space will see entrepreneurs, cultural pioneers, and voices connect to make a positive impact through work, cultural experiences and hospitality.

The role:
This is no ordinary Food & Beverage Service Manager role.
We are looking for someone special to lead our front-of-house teams across multiple outlets within the venue. As our Food & Beverage Service Manager, you will lead us into the grand opening and play a significant role in recruiting teams, shaping service standards, defining operating procedures and will have real input in this exciting new hospitality operation.
This is a role for someone with creative flair, with strong leadership skills, who is passionate not just about food and drink, but also where it meets wider culture.

- Collaborative rupervision- partner with Restaurant Managers & Supervisors to enhance procedures, training, and appraisals.

- Mentorship - educate and guide the team, aiming for quality and consistency.
- Operational excellence - exceed customer expectations, drive revenue growth, and efficient operations.
- Operational support - available to cover for restaurant management during their absence.
- Seasoned experience - a minimum of two years in a GM role, preferably in large or multiple restaurants and experience with new openings desirable.
- Team leadership - skilled in recruiting, managing, mentoring, and retaining high-performing FOH teams.
