The primary role of the Head Waiter/Waitress is to serve & delight guests, surpassing their expectations and delivering an exceptional hospitality experience. To have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all items listed on the menus, including daily specials, ingredients, wines/cocktails, and drinks and demonstrate a duty of care to guests by having a thorough and up to date knowledge of allergens in all menu items, as well as an understanding of different dietary requirements. To show a commitment to learning and continuous professional development, both through your own engagement and by participating in all relevant training sessions.
