We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Waiter Waitress to join a fantastic team at The Lanesborough Grill.

Our reimagined flagship restaurant is home to Executive Chef Shay Cooper’s modern and innovative British cookery, with a focus on seasonal produce from around the country. A richly decorated dining room, naturally illuminated during the day by a domed glass roof while seductively aglow under softly lit chandeliers in the evening, The Lanesborough Grill offers a truly memorable dining experience.

Candidate profile
As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will provide an exceptional guest service experience. You will be an excellent communicator and take a hands-on approach to your role. You will have a real passion for food and wine, enabling you to up sell and promote the items by your personal knowledge from the menu. You will be a team player, with a key focus on training and development of your team to ensure that your team create a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes
- Supervisory experience in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant in a luxury establishment is essential and experience within a Michelin star restaurant is preferable
- Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
- Immaculate grooming standards.
- Preferably excellent knowledge of wine & food pairing.
- Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
