Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dining area, ensuring efficiency and adherence to high standards of service.
• Train, mentor, and supervise waitstaff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including set-up and breakdown of tables.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and increasing revenue.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional dining experience.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
