We are looking for a confident passionate Head Waiter/Waitress!
The Head Waiter/Waitress will be assisting the management team in the smooth running of a section of the restaurant for lunch and dinner services.
You will be working closely with the restaurant teams to deliver an impeccable service and make our guests’ experience memorable.

We are ideally looking for candidates :
- Have previous experience within a Michelin Star or fine dinning environment.
- You are eager to learn from the Head waiter/waitress and support senior members of the team.
- Passion for food, wine and beverage to ensure the highest standards are constantly achieved.
- Attention to detail with good customer service.
- A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
- Good command and understanding of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
- Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills.
