Head Waiter/Waitress

Los Mochis is seeking outstanding Head Waiter/waitress to join one of the biggest new openings of 2024. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.
The Head Waiter will be responsible for assisting the team in ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant operations for lunch and dinner services. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding service and make our guests’ experience memorable.

Requirements :
Previous experience working within a fast-paced quality, restaurant
Impeccable attention to detail
Passionate about the hospitality industry
Full ownership in your role
Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
Ability to maintain and follow standards
Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant
Proof of right to work/pre-settled or settled status in UK
