Head Waiter/Waitress

Bar des Pre´s, Mayfairis Cyril Lignac’s first restaurant outside France and is the international flagship. Its ethos will mirror the original site, however fresh design features, dishes and cocktails which suit the London location give this Bar des Pre´s a unique and charismatic flair of its own.

We are currently looking for a full-time talented, well-spoken and dynamic candidate to join our team as a Head Waiter /Head Waitress. 

The ideal Head Waiter / Head Waitress will:

• Have previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment
• Be responsible as a Station holder, mentoring new team members
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be guest-orientated at all times
• Understand Health and Safety legislation and implications and communicate effectively to team members
• Be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player
