We are looking for an experienced and outgoing Head Waiter/ Head Waitress to join our highly professional and energetic front-of-house team at Corrigan's Mayfair restaurant, which is part of Corrigan Collection group.
As a Head Waiter/Waitress, in return, you will be rewarded with:

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar supervisory role within an upscale restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of fine dining service, food preparation, and wine pairing.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and basic knowledge of restaurant management systems
- Personable, polished, and passionate about high-quality service.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to adapt to changing guest needs.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to service.
- Supervise and lead the wait staff team to deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the Corrigan's Mayfair standard.
- Coordinate table assignments, oversee reservations, and ensure seamless service operations throughout the dining experience.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and handle special requests with professionalism and poise.
- Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior wait staff to maintain high standards of service and teamwork.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the restaurant’s menu, wine list, and specials, providing recommendations and assisting guests with food and wine pairings.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean, well-organized dining area.
- Support restaurant management with inventory control, staff scheduling, and performance management.
