The latest addition to the Big Easy family, our Westfield restaurant brings our laid-back Bar.B.Q style to Stratford, East London.

A heady mix of home-style cooking, fresh East Coast lobster, an exciting cocktail menu and – of course! ­– live music every night.With space for 250 guests across two floors ­as well as an expansive outdoor terrace, there’s plenty of room to enjoy a classic Big Easy night out.

With over 500 different spirits, our nine-meter terrace bar is the perfect spot to start the evening, or visit the dedicated first-floor rum bar. Catch up with friends over our famous Slushy Margaritas and Piña Coladas, or choose from the award-winning wine list.


FOR THIS POSITION MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HIGH VOLUME FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT

Full time and part time with Flexible Hours

How my role contributes to outstanding service for customers:

To support the front of house team to create and maintain the quality of operation, service and product that reflects the company’s reputation.


Things you must be able to do:

• Always demonstrating the best possible level of service.

• Ensuring your allocated tables are taken care of during service.

• Continually building upon your company and product knowledge.

• Taking orders and processing them on EPOS.

• Reporting any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty.

• Taking food and drink orders to tables.

• Working in accordance with the Food Safety Act, health and safety regulations and The Licensing Act.

• Ensuring that the Restaurant remains tidy and is set-up for next the next service.

• Being presented with a clean well ironed shirt and apron, permitted jewellery only, and clean and tidy nails and hair.

• Working the till area, making hot beverages and preparing cutlery and side plates for service.
