The Clove Club is a 2 Michelin Starred, World's 50 Best Listed fine dining restaurant, set in the historic rooms of the Grade II-listed Shoreditch Town Hall, London
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Waiter/Waiteress to join our team.
Our front of house team is responsible for delivering exceptional service in the restaurant. Being charming, and knowledgable about our food and drink offerings, whilst knowing how to serve and clear tables in an elegant manner. You will thrive in a team and encourage and help your teammates, delivering a happy work environment and celebrating each other's successes.
Led by General Manager Nic Carlino and AGM Iraia Ibargurengutoia, with Restaurant Manager Paolo Galgano, the team in the front of house conducts training and tastings and learning sessions each week, giving you a greater knowledge of service, wine, cocktails and food and everything in between.
We are a Two Michelin Star Restaurant, and strive to meet and exceed the high standards we set for ourselves every day. This job will suit someone dedicated and passionate about our industry and excited about where it can take them in the world.
Experience in a Michelin star or hotel 5 star environment or similar preferred.

Salary £31k to 33k depending on experience
7 shifts across 4 or 5 days Tuesday to Saturday
