The position

7 shifts per week - Looking to start within the next few weeks

We are looking for a waiter/waitress with experience in a restaurant of similar calibre. The successful candidate will be able to work in a busy environment, maintain a high level of organisation and ensure attentive and personable service. You will be passionate about food and wine and continually commit to the highest standards. There is potential to advance to a supervisory role should that align with your ambitions.

The successful candidate will have:

The restaurant

Donostia has received critical acclaim since its opening in 2012. We serve Basque inspired tapas and pintxo dishes using the best quality, seasonal ingredients.The restaurant is highly established having been open for 12 years, with many loyal and regular customers. Much pride is taken in the knowledge and sourcing behind the food and wine. We focus on quality. A daily specials board features at both restaurants and new wines are introduced regularly, some of which are imported directly and are exclusive to Donostia and our sister restaurant Lurra.
