While previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred, it is not required. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Milestones:

• 3 Year - £200 bonus and holiday increase to 32 days (pro-rata)
• 5 Years - £400 bonus and holiday increase to 33 days (pro-rata)
• 10 Years – Two weeks paid sabbatical
