Warehouse/Production OpPosition: Packing OperativePay: £11.44 per hourMy client is a family-oriented company looking for a dedicated Packing Operative to join their team. If you have a good technical understanding, experience with machinery, and can handle physical tasks, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:" 80% Packing Operations:" Operate packing machine to bag products." Clean packing machine and perform monthly deep cleans." Ensure accuracy of printing, labels, and weights on bags and boxes." Check stock shelves to maintain adequate packing supplies." Organize production to meet order schedules." Maintain production and cleaning logs, ensuring traceability." Report any machinery defects immediately." 20% General Warehouse Duties:" Clean and organize the warehouse." Move pallets of raw materials for easy stock access." Assist drivers with loading vans and occasional deliveries." Support the Roaster as needed." Follow up on ad-hoc requests from directors.Requirements:" Good technical understanding and experience with machinery." Ability to lift to 25KG." Experience in a food environment is a bonus." Fluent in reading and writing English."
