Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and aiding with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. while ensuring efficient communication between the staff.
- Monitoring compliance and ensuring company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
- Managing products, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting stock counts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Plan and ensure resources are in order to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity.
- Train, give guidance, and provide regular feedback to staff in order to progress their skills and abilities, enabling them to carry out their duties effectively.
- Work and communicate along side other departments.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards.
- Prepare reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.
Warehouse Supervisor personal skills:
- Excellent Communicational Skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Microsoft efficient (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Leader ship qualities.
- Physically fit.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday11:00am-20.00
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm
