Deputy care manager

We are recruiting for a children and young persons Deputy Manager to work in a start up home in Leicester,

With this being a start up home you will be working with a new team all round , this will enable you to bring your ideas and trouble shooting on what you believe from your experience has worked and what hast in your time as a Deputy,



This is an exciting new venture to grow your career and develop not only yourself but the change the lives of the children young young persons you will be managing, the staffing side of the position will be monitoring the seniors and support workers, rotas and holidays



The role you will be affectively demonstrating is to bring structure, compasion, development and equaliy as important emptahey to the lives of the children,

due to the nature of the facility you must be able to relate to children and young persons with an open mind and kindness



This position will allow you to grow your own skills and career development to move up the career ladder.



To qualify for this position you must have the following and due to OFSTED regulations this must be apply to progress.

NVQ LEVEL 3 working towards LEVEL 5

DEPUTY MANAGER IN A CHILD CARE SERVICE

FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE

THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK FULL TIME
