Kelly Services are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy and progressive Company based in Shepshed, Leicestershire.

Salary from 24,000 per annum.
Office-based - Monday to Friday

About the Role:
The Customer Service Advisor will work with the Technical and Service Departments to provide effective customer service to a network of distributors and end users, by supporting the warranty returns process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritise and process customer queries and requests submitted by telephone, email or live chat.
  • Investigate and resolve customer warranty queries quickly and patiently.
  • Progress and chase all queries whilst keeping the customer informed throughout.
  • Ensure all administration is completed to a high level.
  • Use the database systems and technology to deliver great customer service.
  • Ensure the Company position is robustly explained to customers.
  • Implement the Company returns and warranty processes.
  • Identify and highlight opportunities to enhance the Customer Experience.
  • Work with Technical Customer Service Colleagues to deliver solutions.
  • Support Technical Customer Service Colleagues by adopting challenging customer queries regarding company processes and policies.
  • Strive to achieve outcomes that are mutually understood by the Company and the Customer.
  • Employees will ensure they adhere to the company's ISO 9001 Quality Policy, associated job roles, responsibilities, processes, procedures and work instructions.
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required.
  • Progress and chase customer escalations to a satisfactory resolution.
  • Continuing liaison with Sales, Service Department and Warehouse.



About you

  • A wealth of experience dealing with customer issues whether face-to-face or over the phone
  • A good general knowledge of warranty processes
  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High degree of attention to detail
