An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for our client based in Shepshed. We are looking for a Hosiery Knitting Operative. As a Hosiery Knitting Operative you need to have previous experience. This Hosiery Knitting Operative role is based in Shepshed, LE12.
Role of A Hosiery Knitting Operative:
To be considered for this role you must be available for an immediate start and have previous Hosiery Knitting Experience.
You will be involved with:
- Working on a circular knitting machine.
- Producing hosiery stockings.
- Monitoring the running of the machines.
- Engaging in routine maintenance tasks.
- Reporting any issues to the line manager.
- Any other duties as required.
Pay:
- £12.75 per hour.
Hours:
3 shift rotating pattern.
Days 0600;1400
Afternoons 12:00-22:00
Nights 22:00-06:00

About You:
- Previous experience working with Circular knitting machines is essential.
- Experience working with fabrics is desirable.
- Experience working with sock knitting, scale knitting weaving machines
- Good eye for detail.
- Good work ethic.
- Be able to work as part of a team and own initiative.
