- Experience Required: Proven experience in a similar role within the food and drink industry.

- Experience Required: Essential qualifications in HACCP and Food Safety.
- Experience Required: Experience working with retailers and understanding their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage the technical department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between all technical teams.
-Maintain and nurture strong relationships with all clients, ensuring their technical requirements are met and exceeded.
-Provide expert support during customer and technical audits.
-Collaborate closely with the New Product Development (NPD) team to ensure technical compliance and innovation.
-Ensure all sites are compliant with retailer standards and maintain British Retail Consortium (BRC) standards, keeping them audit-ready at all times.
-Conduct regular site visits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in a similar role within the food and drink industry.
-Strong understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and BRC standards.
-Essential qualifications in HACCP and Food Safety.
-Experience working with retailers and understanding their specific requirements.
-Flexibility regarding previous product experience, but a strong technical background is a must.
