My local authority client based in Leicestershire is currently looking to bring on an interim compliance manager for an initial 6-month contract. The role is paying 400 per day.
Duties of the role:
- To oversee and report on all aspects of compliance, including gas, asbestos, fire, electrical, water, hygiene, and lifts, ensuring all compliance checks are carried out.
- To evaluate and oversee the use of contractor and sub-contractors, supporting the delivery of an efficient, compliant service across the housing stock.
- To ensure the housing stock is in-line with new government compliance legislation and consumer standards.
- To help in the implementation of a new IT system, which will ensure the efficient recording of compliance checks across the housing stock.
