Manpower has a unique opportunity for a Marketing Automation Developer to join our Client based in Loughborough. Working fully remote from anywhere in the UK on an initial 12-month fixed term contract the successful candidate will be responsible for the building and implementation of marketing automation campaigns, emails, landing pages and forms.
This is a varied role and some day to day responsibilities will include:
- The creation, building, testing and management of automated marketing campaigns and programs
- Creating and executing basic email campaigns
- Creating and managing forms including best practise design, proper function, submission success and tracking whilst working closely with the marketing and design team
- Tracking and reporting the success of marketing campaigns
- Developing controls on all data inputs and outputs to drive data cleanliness
- Assist and report in plan development, tracking and campaign management
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1-year previous experience in an automation marketing platform as well as previous experience using Eloqua, Workfront, Salesforce, Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience of working and influencing a multi-national organisation with the ability to speak a second European language would be beneficial.
