Pure are exclusively recruiting the role of a Senior Credit Controller for an existing client based near Loughton, Essex.Our client is going through a period of high growth and require an experienced Credit Controller to come in on a permanent basis and take control of the day to day needs to collect cash.This is an office-based role with some flexibility around start and finish times.Key Responsibilities: - - Ensure timely and accurate payments are made by all customers
- Monitor debtor balances, reducing debtor days where applicable
- Respond to all internal and external queries in a timely and professional manner
- Review, improve and implement credit control procedures where necessary
- Run weekly review meeting with the relevant stakeholders
- Review and distribute supplier statements
- Assess the credit worthiness of new and existing customers
Skills and Experience needed: - - Significant experience in a credit control role, ideally within a high growth environment
- Proven background in improving process and procedures
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
