Machine Operative

Staffline is recruiting for Machine Operatives in Spalding.

This is a temporary to permanent employment opportunity with our client.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £11.53 per hour
- Nights £14.41 per hour

This is a full-time role working Continental shifts 2, 3, 2, 2, the hours of work are:
- Days 6am to 6pm
- Nights 6.30pm to 6am

Your Time at Work

As a Machine Operative, you will be:

- Working in the Cerberus department, you will begin training to become a qualified machine operative
- Trained to run the Cerberus lines

Applicants will be trained to the Cerberus lines, where ready to eat dips are prepared.

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Machine Operative will need to be able to read, understand, and perform against the site operating procedures. You will need to be assessed at each step of your learning before a sign-off of full competency is agreed.

There will be risk assessments and critical control procedures that will need to be understood and adhered to. Whilst experience in the food manufacturing industry is desirable, it is not essential as full training is provided.
