As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring and motivating team in a 13-bed residential home
- Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
- Completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal, and HR processes such as recruitment and absence management
- Ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs)
As the Registered Manager, you'll receive:
