Their homes are traditional buildings located in suburban areas, close to community services.

As the Registered Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Inspiring and motivating team in a 13-bed residential home
  • Reporting directly to the Regional Manager
  • Completing audits, staff supervision/appraisal, and HR processes such as recruitment and absence management
  • Ensuring compliance with the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLs)
