About the Role:

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role within the care team by recognizing and facilitating the daily needs of residents. Your responsibilities will extend to conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers. With a strong emphasis on maintaining the personal care needs of residents, your approach will reflect respect for individual dignity and a commitment to promoting independence.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports to the Home Manager/Deputy Manager/Nurse.

Qualifications:

You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
