We are looking for a talented Team Leader, who is passionate about building relationships with customers and problem solving - whilst managing a small customer service team.

This team is essentially the "face" of the business - and will involve all areas of customer services, so superb communication skills, empathy and understanding are paramount. As well as accuracy when it comes to administration.

The ideal candidate must have experience leading a team and must be able to start at short notice and commit to the length of the contract.

The role involves:

  • Managing a small team of Customer Service Execs
  • Dealing with escalated issues
  • Working with the team to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Working the team on individual performances
  • Interviewing new people for the team
  • Dealing with all customer enquiries via telephone and email
  • Processing customer requests
  • Liaising with other departments to resolve issues and delve into any customer complaints
  • Updating the systems with relevant notes
  • Building relationships with important clients
