The successful candidate will have a confident telephone manner, and proven experience working within a call centre environment. 聽 Previous sales experience isn't a necessity, however the successful candidate will have experience in a phone based role and be confident making outbound calls to customers. 聽 聽 SKILLS REQUIRED 路Experience in a customer service, telesales or telemarketing role. 路Confident and upbeat telephone manner. 路Ambitious, enthusiastic, and pro-active. 路Excellent communication skills. 路Fast learner and the ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team. 聽 RESPONSIBILITIES 聽 路Prospecting to companies via telephone, email, and messaging, with the aim to book appointments. 路Qualifying leads and update the system with relevant information. 路E-mail marketing and calling campaigns. 路Tracking and reporting on the lead qualification process, and ensure all leads are followed up accordingly. 路Arrange and host online webinars and follow up with attendees. 聽 聽 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 路Holiday: 25 days holiday + bank holidays 路Career development and training 路Private healthcare 路Contributory pension scheme 路Parking available 路Sales incentives and bonus scheme聽
