Position: Skilled CNC 5-Axis Miller
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire
Salary £37,000 - £42,000 (£18-£21 - Hourly)
Are you a skilled CNC machinist with expertise in 5-axis milling techniques? We're seeking a talented individual who can bring precision and efficiency to our machining operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop CNC programs offline based on provided models.
- Set up CNC milling machines and ensure precise calibration.
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components.
- Proficient in 5-axis milling techniques, with the ability to work with 3 and 4-axis as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC machining
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for program development.
- Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing precise components.
