Contek Recruitment are currently working with a precision engineering company, located inLuton, Bedfordshire. Due to continuedgrowth, they are now looking for a CNC Millerto join the team on afull-time, permanentbasis.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:Our clientis a leading provider of precision machined components located in Luton, in the heart of Bedfordshire.They have been proud to offer exceptional subcontract machining services to a diverse range of industries, including Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, and more.
PAY:17- 18per hour (Depending on experience)
WORKING HOURS:Monday to Thursday (6am until 4pm) - NO FRIDAYS
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Some programming of new programs using Fanuc controls.
- Setting up of CNC milling machines.
- Some operating when required.
- Self inspection of parts and components.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read and understand detailed engineering drawings.
- Experience using Fanuc controls.
- Experience working on 4 and 5-axis machinery.
- A committed and driven approach to work.
- To have a hardworking approach towards daily requirements.
- To be able to work unsupervised.
- To be positive and self-motivated.
