The role involves preparing monthly management accounts, supporting budgeting cycles, and providing financial input on pricing and project invoicing.
Candidates should be qualified accountants (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience (PQE).
Strong experience with SAP and advanced Excel is required, along with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Finance Manager (FTC - 4 Months)

We're partnering with a leading service-based business in Luton seeking a Finance Manager to support the UK finance team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This is a hands-on, varied role working closely with the Head of Finance and wider business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management accounts and forecasts
Support budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple business streams
Partner with project teams on project accounting and performance tracking
Provide financial input on pricing, project invoicing, and cost control
Assist with quarterly reporting to Group via Hyperion
Drive improvements in systems and reporting processes

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years' PQE
Background in a service-based business
Strong experience with SAP (including material management) and advanced Excel
Confident working across both commercial and operational finance
Able to work independently, communicate clearly, and add value from day one
