Chiller Engineer required. Our client specializes in the service & maintenance of Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Process Cooling units throughout the U.K. Our client is looking for a Chiller Engineer to join their ever-expanding team. The ideal candidate will have experience attending industrial sites such as factories & food processing sites.
The Chiller Engineer will be expected to service & maintain a variety of Water & Glycol Chillers from manufacturers such as; York, Trane, Carrier & ACM.
The Chiller Engineer will ideally have experience providing service & maintenance to a variety of Chiller units within an industrial setting, the engineer will hold a full driving licence & be happy with travel between Birmingham & Sheffield, occasional travel out of this region is to be expected but will be rare.
Chiller Engineer Position Requirements
- Proven experience of attending industrial sites
- 5+ years' experience servicing Chiller units
- Full Driving Licence
- Fgas Cat 1
Chiller Engineer Position Remuneration
- Basic Salary of 38,000 to 44,000 (DOE)
- Company Vehicle provided - Optional personal use of Van.
- 23 days' holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday off (32days total)
- Christmas Shutdown
- 45 hour working week
- Uniform, Phone, tough book laptop Provided.
- Overtime paid at additional rates
- On call rota 1 in 7, 150 paid if less than 4 hours, 350 paid between 4-8 hours - Only minimum call outs throughout year.
