We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor for a reputable Client based in Luton. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring residents experience the highest standards of living. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, managing staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols to maintain high standards
- Coordinate staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage
- Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness and safety standards
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall resident experience
