We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Primary School Teacher to join a new primary school with state-of-the-art facilities. This full-time, permanent position is set to begin in September, and we are looking for a passionate educator who is ready to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring alignment with the national curriculum.
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported, promoting a positive learning experience.
- Regularly assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students, parents, and colleagues to support continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources, contributing to the school’s vision of excellence in education.
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
- The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility.
- Competitive salary within the range of £30,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience.
