Maintenance Supervisor:

Salary: £40,000 + Bonus + Overtime

Monday to Friday 

Location: Lutterworth

We are currently recruiting for a UK leading company in the Lutterworth area who are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor. Our client is experiencing year on year growth due to the quality of the service they provide, which has allowed them to be able to increase the size of their engineering team. My client has 18 + sites in the UK, their site in Lutterworth is one of their founding sites, where you can find a fantastic team ethos and an atmosphere where engineers are able to learn and grow.  Our client has gone through some structural changes and would like to bring in an experienced maintenance supervisor with ability to lead a team of multi skilled maintenance engineers and focus on key aspects such as: planned maintenance, training, health and safety. The maintenance supervisor must be happy to be on the tools, while supporting engineers with tasks. Our client is looking to fill this role as soon as possible so please apply ASAP. 

Skills acquired to be an Maintenance Supervisor

• The successful maintenance supervisor needs to be happy to support a team of engineers when required
• The successful maintenance supervisor needs to be happy to perform a hands on role when required
• The successful maintenance supervisor needs to be from a Factory, Industral OR armed forces background (RAF, NAVY, Army)
• The successful maintenance supervisor needs to hold a recogonised engineering qualification. 
• The successful maintenance supervisor needs  to hold a Full UK driving licence.
