Job Overview

Florin Healthcare have been assigned to work with an established care provider to find a new Home Manager for one of their elderly care services. The home is a small sized elderly care that provides nursing and residential care with dementia care for elderly residents. This care home boasts a fantastic reputation in the area and has excellent reviews on carehome website along with good relationships with the local authorities. As the Home Manager for the service, you will supported by a Clinical Deputy Manager along with a strong clinical team within the home.

Salary

Up to 45k per annum plus potential bonuses

Candidate requirements

• To be successful in this position, you must currently be a Home Manager OR Deputy Manager in the care industry and have solid knowledge of CQC regulations and guidelines.
• You should also have experience working withing elderly cares services that have nursing care within them and be comfortable working with clinical professionals.
• As the potential Manager it is also vital that you have excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders within the business
• Open to NON nurse applications

Location

This role is based in Gloucestershire and commutable from Gloucester, Cheltenham, Newport, and Bristol.
