Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead the support, enhancement, development, and implementation of assigned applications, providing expert technical advice.
- Actively support our Digital Transformation programme and projects.
- Collaborate closely with all ICT teams to continuously support and improve applications through proactive planned activities and reactive requests.
- Design and implement IT solutions to enhance system performance and security.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related 2nd and 3rd line issues.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their IT needs and requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform including Administration, Configuration Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), productivity apps.
- Proven experience supporting cloud and on-premise applications for 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Skilled in developing solutions on the Microsoft 365 Power Platform.
- Proficient in supporting SQL server and writing SQL queries.
- Experienced in working with data and integrating systems.
- Capable of working on and technically leading projects.
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies.
