As Sous Chef you will be responsible for the fresh food restaurant as well as events/weddings up to 100 guests.
You will be working with a friendly and talented team to deliver high quality food to the hotels guests.
As Senior Sous Chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence as well as being responsible for training and developing the brigade and working with the Head Chef to develop menus.
